	Pritam is a founder of P.S.Athavale & Co. He is Fellow member of The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and Associate Member of CPA Institute, Australia. He is also Grad. Certificate holder from University of Southern Queensland, Australia. He has over 12 years of experience in audits and taxation matters. His area of interest is Australian tax, critical tax case in India, NRI taxation, strategic tax planning and tax consulting. Pritam handles income tax appearance part of the practice, including appeals. He also has acquired reasonable skill and experience in formation of entities in tax free zones, particularly in Gulf. He has also completed MYOB payroll, accounting and tax modules certifications.

HARSHAL BODAS - CONSULTANT
	Harshal is a qualified Chartered Accountant. He has completed his Masters Degree in Commerce from the University of Pune. His areas of interest are Internal Audit, Management Consultation, and Financial Planning. He is also an Associate member of Australian CPA Institute.

VIDYADHAR PHADKE - F.C.S, GRAD. C.W.A.
	Vidyadhar is practicing Company Secretary. He has a great deal of experience in Corporate Law practice over 12 years. He has dealt with many assignments involving Corporate Governance, formations, compliances, amalgamation/ mergers and critical issues as transfer pricing. Vidyadhar has also acquired expertise is a niche area i.e. RBI related compliances with reference to formation of company in India as WOS of a foreign concern. Vidyadhar heads the Corporate Law practice division of P.S.Athavale & Co.

SUPRIYA DESHPANDE, CHARTERED ACCOUNTANT
	Supriya is a qualified Chartered Accountant and Master of Commerce from Pune University, having experience of over 8 years in areas of Audit , Taxation , Accounts. Her expertise is in Internal Audit and Statutory Audit of Companies, trust audit and bank audit. Supriya also monitors and handles most of the taxation cases and looks after routine tax assessments. Supriya is Senior Practice Manager of P.S.Athavale & Co.

VEENA VELANKAR, CHARTERED ACCOUNTANT
	Veena is a qualified Chartered Accountant. She has completed her Masters Degree in Commerce from the University of Pune. Her areas of interest are Statutory Audit, Corporate taxation, and Financial Planning. She has worked as a Taxation Executive in a Manufacturing Company from Pune. She is Practice Manager of P.S.Athavale & Co.
